These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and eligibility requirements of the Doctors in Italy Mystery Box Promotion (“Promotion”).

By participating, applicants agree to the terms and conditions below. 

Promotional Period
Valid from 20 to 26 December 2025. Applications submitted before or after this period are not eligible.

Offer Details

During the promotional period, all successful applicants to any Doctors in Italy Summer 2026 program will receive gifts valued at €249.

The gifts are as follows:

  • Limited-edition hoodie, sent prior to program start 
  • Limited-edition beach bag, given at start of program

Items cannot be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Limited Availability

Eligibility is determined strictly in the instance that applicants completeall required stepsto become a “successful applicant” (defined below).
Successful Applicant Eligibility

To qualify for the promotional gifts, an applicant must:

  • Submit a new application between 20 and 26 December 2025 using the designated application link or promo code (XMAS249) provided in our  communications.
  • Be officially accepted into a Summer 2026 program.
  • Confirm their spot by paying the first deposit and installment within the deadline in their acceptance email.

Applications submitted before the promotional period, or who do not complete payment, are not eligible. 

Prior applicants also cannot retroactively claim the promotion.
Collection of Items

Information on how to receive the items will be shared after spot confirmation and payment. 
Non-Transferability

The promotion and its contents are non-transferable, non- exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Only the successful applicant may redeem the items.
Cancellation or Withdrawal

Doctors in Italy reserves the right to revoke the promotional gifts if the applicant:

  • Cancels or withdraws from the program
  • Fails to attend the program
  • Misses payment deadlines or does not complete enrollment
  • Violates any program participation terms
Substitutions and Changes

Doctors in Italy may replace items in the promotion with alternatives of equal or greater value if required due to availability or operational needs.

The Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time in exceptional circumstances.
Fair Use & Misconduct

Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the Promotion — including duplicate applications, fraudulent submissions, or automated activity — will result in disqualification.
